Permadur Multiple Part Handling Magnet Systems can provide higher productivity and lower costs for both Steel Fabricators and Steel Service Centers by reducing the Material Handling time required to offload Cut Parts and Skeleton. These systems are designed to:

Permadur Series 115

This Permadur Series 115 Plate/Multiple Part Handling System was built with 15ea. BP-1600x72 Lifting Magnets on a 10’ load beam. The Magnets are fixed on 8” Centers. The Controller provides Selectivity by Magnet, 15ea., and Permadur’s Exclusive Safety Indicator Lighting System that confirms the Magnets have attached to the load in preparation for a safe lift. This Controller was also built with System ON/OFF/HIGH Radio Controls in addition to the hard wired PB Pendant Controls. The System also included our Skeleton Picker Frame Assembly to support the separation of Parts/Skeleton at a Parts Separation area. Finally, the System Load Beam supported attachment to a single hook crane via our Low Headroom Intermediate Beam design.
