Permadur Large Plate Handling Systems are designed to handle Non-Magnetic Materials and Steel Plates with 3/16" to 2" thickness, offering the following options:

• Radio Remote Controls
• Built-in Sit Down Legs
• Audible Low Vacuum Alarms
• Water Traps
• Extra LED Warning lights on both sides of the System Load Beam
• Electrically or Air Powered

Permadur Series 515

This Permadur Series 515 Plate/Part Handling System consisted of:

• 1500 Power Pac
• 15 Vacuum Pads (10 VPN-20-30 Vacuum Pads and 5ea. VPN-6SO-30 Pads) to support 8'x12' Plate Loading (up to 4" thick)
• 10' Load Beam designed to be attached to a Single Hook Crane via the bail and Turnbuckle Sling on the Power Pac
• 5 Crossarms
• 460 VAC Power Supply
