The pictured system is a PERMADUR Series 204 Plate Handling System. This system consisted of a 330 Power Pac with a structural sling, two 3′ crossarms, and four vacuum pads on a 10′ load beam. The four VPN-24-30 vacuum pads support the loading of 6′×20′ plate, 1/4″–1-1/2″ thick, 8000# max load.
The system Power Pac utilizes a 115 VAC power supply and includes remote ON/OFF pushbutton control pendant and safety indicator lights.
