PERMADUR Multiple Part Handling Systems dramatically increase Torch ON Time with SAFE and EFFICIENT Material Handling. The system pictured is a PERMADUR Series 1326 Plate/Multiple Part Handling System with 26 BP-1600×48 lifting magnets on a 20′ load beam, designed with a 4-part sling for attachment to a single-hook crane.
The controller provides selectivity by row (13) and individual Safety Indicator Lights (26) for positive feedback when the magnets attach to the load for a safe lift. Controls include both wired push-button controls and radio remote controls. The load beam includes 4 plate grabs to support part/skeleton separation upon removal from a plate cutting table.
PERMADUR lifting magnets are electrically controlled permanent lifting magnets that will not drop a load due to loss of electrical power. Markings visible on the system beam in the brochure photo include SYS WT 11500 LBS and SYS CAP 14000 LBS.
