PERMADUR Plate Handling Systems provide SAFE and EFFICIENT Material Handling. The system pictured is a PERMADUR Series 612 Plate Handling System with 12 TP-2000 lifting magnets on a 36′ load beam. The magnet rows can be adjusted along the length of the load beam and the magnets can be repositioned on the crossarms.
The controller pictured provides selectivity by row (6). It also offers PERMADUR’s exclusive Safety Indicator Lighting System that confirms the magnets have attached to the load in preparation for a safe lift.
This system attaches to a single-hook hoist via a 6-part sling assembly. Power is an on-board 24 VDC battery supply that provides approximately 400 lifts between recharging.
